There are no taxes or any other fees, the rates is what you pay, just please note that airfare is not included. The rental rates above work as follows when you rent accommodation is what you pay total, the number of guests does not affect the price. For example, if you rent a 3-bedroom villa you could be 2 in it or 8 guests in it, the rental rate remains the same. You can also bring your infants and resort staff will bring in a crib and highchair for you at no charge.

Ever wanted to compare our services with the competition..... Here is an example that was taken from American Airlines for travel booked through their website (airfare only) and travel from www.cheapcaribbean.com as a VIP Promotional Package.
We have made every effort to make sure that you will always have the best possible price from us and the best VIP Access anywhere. This example which was for 5 nights stay for 2 People from www.cheapcaribbean.com with their lowest price taken from their website for a total trip for $1,518.05. Travel was for any 5 days during the period of January 12th, 2010 thru January 31st, 2010 all other travel periods were a higher price. Our prices for the Junior Suite is the same all year round (Including Holidays).

The price includes a Superior Room (Ocean View) not a Junior Suite as we guarantee, I added transportation which is charged @ $56.00 (Included in their price) and our transportation which is arranged directly from the resort is Free, theirs has limited VIP Access and ours is Full VIP Access, theirs has NO Access to the VIP Gourmet Restaurant and ours has access to VIP Gourmet and others restaurants at no charge.

Your All-Inclusive Price upon Check-in is $50pp/pd x 5 or $500.00
Your Flights booked directly through American Airlines @ $625.60
Your total Trip cost $350.00+$500.00+$625.60 or $1,475.06 theirs $1,600.05, so as you can see you save $125 AND will receive many more benefits renting from an owner than any discounted travel sites.

Theirs you can not upgrade to 7 nights and ours is $50.00 more + the All-Inclusive @ $50pp/pd.
Theirs you must have 2 people staying in the room to receive their price, ours if you only have 1 person, then everything remains the same, just deduct $237.50 from the price for the All-Inclusive and 1/2 the airline cost for a total trip of $ 250.00 (Room) + $237.50 (All-Inclusive) + $312.80 (Airfare) or $800.30, saving the solo traveler over $700.00

Total = $1150.00, its just $575 per person, plus your airfares.

Lifestyle Holidays Resort has mandatory all-inclusive fees

All-Inclusive Fee (this fee is charged by Lifestyle Holidays and is to be paid directly to resort at time of check in) covers all of your meals and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), all restaurants on the resort as well as beach and poolside bars. At the resort you will have unlimited top shelf international beverages (not local stuff!!) such as Chardonnay, Baileys, Jack Daniels, Johnny Walker, Canadian Club, champagne or whatever your heart desires. We should also mention that unlimited cigars are also included in your stay. As a VIP guest you will be invited to an exclusive members only party on Sundays, where you will be entertained by a live band, flamingo dancers, fireworks and elaborate BBQ dinner. On Thursdays VIP guests are invited for dinner and entertainment at the newly constructed casino. The rates are:
