Due to limited number of Villas, they are getting booked many months in advance for peek seasons. We are already getting request for 2013 peek season, which we still have plenty available. Villas and Presidential Suites are already fully booked for Christmas-New Year 2012, We have limited number of 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom Suites and plenty Junior Suites but availability changes quickly, if you would like to book for Christmas-new year season 2012 - hurry up! If you are interested in the Villas please try to book as early as possible. There is a substantial number of Presidential Suites, Penthouses and  Junior Suites making them more available for short notice bookings. Even if you have a last minute need we will do our best to meet it.
